We recommend ordering 6–8 months before your wedding to allow time for fittings and final touches. Rush options are available if your date is sooner.
Yes. We customize nearly everything: cut, color, silhouette, sleeves, train, details. However, we do not replicate other designers' gowns.
We don’t offer rental options for our gowns. However, we sometimes collaborate with photographers or creatives on unique projects. If you have an inspiring idea, feel free to reach out.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
You can place your order through our website or by contacting us directly. We’ll help you choose your size range, take custom measurements, and define any personalization options.
Yes, we offer flexible payment in up to 4 parts. The order will be shipped once the full balance is paid.
Each dress has a size range that defines base pricing. Custom designs or structural changes may add to the total cost.
No. Taxes and import duties are not included and vary by country. If you’d like an estimate, we’re happy to calculate it and explain the process based on your location.
PRODUCTION & FITTING
Standard production is 12 weeks. Rush orders can be made in 4 or 8 weeks. For fully custom gowns, please allow up to 20 weeks.
All dresses are made to your personal measurements. The size range is used only to determine base pricing.
We can set a final measurement update closer to your wedding date, before the gown’s last tailoring stage.
As we work on a made-to-order basis, we don’t keep samples or ready stock. However, we’re here to guide you through fabric options, silhouette suggestions, and video consultations if needed.
Slight local alterations may be needed, which is normal for made-to-measure garments. We're happy to support your seamstress remotely.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & POLICIES
Yes, we ship worldwide using tracked and reliable carriers. Timing and cost vary depending on your location.
As each piece is made-to-order, we generally don’t accept returns. However, if you are truly unhappy with a non-customized dress, we may offer a partial refund. Please note: shipping fees and 15% of the dress price will be deducted to cover transaction costs and the tailoring required to adjust the gown for another bride.
Yes, orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After that, production begins, and the order becomes final.
FABRICS, COLORS & ACCESSORIES
Yes. For those who wish to see and feel the fabrics and colors in person, we offer a separate listing to order swatches before making a final decision.
Absolutely. We create matching veils, capes, or sleeves to pair harmoniously with your gown.
Yes, we love working with color. Many of our gowns come in soft hues like mist grey, lavender, sage green, dusty rose, or black.
